Ministry of Spiritual Healing:

M.O.S.H.

Are you struggling with hopelessness, depression, sense of belonging, anxiety, identity, fear, or worthlessness? These symptoms can be the direct result of the unhealed spiritual trauma and pain we experience living in a sinful world. God masterfully formed you, and He desires to heal and restore the intimacy, identity, and purpose that can be found in Him. Our ministry provides the Portland Community, and surrounding areas, with free:

  • Christian-based prayer

  • Biblical teaching and guidance

  • Spiritual healing services

  • Mentorship in restoring an identity in Christ

  • Christian educational workshops

We are a non-denominational, Christian ministry that is built on the foundational beliefs that:

1) There is only one True God

2) Jesus Christ, the Son of God, came to earth, died, and rose again to pay the debt for mankind’s sin

3) We have free will to accept God’s gift of salvation, seek forgiveness, and invite God to be Lord of our life

3) The holy bible is the Living Word of God

4) God desires to heal us

Psalm 147:3 He, (Yahweh Rapha, the Lord who heals), heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.

2) Spiritual Wounds & Christlike Forgiveness

3) God’s Truth/Character & Man’s Inner Vows

4) Spiritual Warfare: Lies Of the Enemy & Godly Transformation

What To Expect

What does the process of spiritual healing look like?

At M.O.S.H, We:

Help to redefine identity, based on who God says we are.

Explain how painful events change the way we see ourselves, others, and God.

Assist people with developing habits of praying and reading the Bible.

Lead people to an understanding of how Satan’s lies form ungodly beliefs.

Explore what God says about the power of Christ-like forgiveness and healing prayers.

Directly replace Satan’s lies with God’s Truth and Godly beliefs.

Individuals leave healed, restored, and equipped with the spiritual weapons necessary to confidently face ongoing spiritual warfare in their day-to-day lives.

Sessions usually last 45 minutes to an hour, and normally occur every other week. The program traditionally consists of 6-8 sessions; however, this is based on the leading of the Holy Spirit and may take more or less sessions than that.

In each session, you will meet with two people, Carly Sharland and a prayer partner. The prayer partner’s role is to pray over the session, help with notes, and to support any needs that arise during the session.

All appointments take place at Epic Community Church in Portland. We are a non-profit ministry, so our services are completely free.
